Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing an API, or otherwise using llmplans.cc (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding passwords, API keys, and other credentials.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or make an account or credential available to an unauthorized person, or create accounts through automation unless we expressly permit it.

The Service provides access to AI models and related capabilities supplied in whole or in part by third parties. Model availability, behavior, context limits, latency, safety controls, and output may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular model or feature will remain available.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and must not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

Due to legal, regulatory, and policy restrictions, the Service is not offered or available in Mainland China. For these terms, “Mainland China” excludes Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

You must not access, register for, purchase, or use the Service from Mainland China. You must not evade or attempt to evade this restriction through a VPN, proxy, tunnel, relay, traffic forwarding service, remote desktop, cloud or remote environment, location spoofing, false registration or billing information, account sharing, or any comparable non-standard technical or organizational method.

We may use reasonable signals to enforce this restriction. If we reasonably determine that access originates from Mainland China or that a restriction is being circumvented, we may reject registration or payment and suspend or terminate access without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Prices, included usage, limits, billing periods, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your account. You authorize the applicable charges when placing an order. Usage measurements maintained by the Service are the basis for billing and quota calculations unless a clear error is established.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments, consumed usage, and activated digital services are non-refundable. Refund abuse, chargeback abuse, and attempts to obtain service without payment are prohibited.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, integrations, users, and use of outputs, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to transmit, process, secure, and support that content to provide the Service. Rights in model outputs may depend on applicable law and the relevant model provider’s terms.

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse protected elements except as permitted by law.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal requirement, payment failure, territorial restriction, material breach, harm to the Service or others, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement rights, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel and will take effect on the stated date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
