Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law, the rights of others, these terms, and the rules of relevant model providers. You must provide appropriate human review, safeguards, and notices for your use case.

• Do not develop, distribute, or deploy malware, ransomware, destructive code, botnets, or unauthorized cryptomining.
• Do not conduct phishing, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, exploitation, intrusion, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Do not obtain, expose, trade, or misuse passwords, tokens, personal data, confidential data, or system access without authorization.

• Do not facilitate fraud, impersonation, scams, deceptive commercial practices, spam, or unlawful surveillance.
• Do not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, or promote hatred or violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Do not create, solicit, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or human trafficking.

• Do not use the Service to develop or deploy weapons, cause physical harm, or materially assist illegal activity.
• Do not make fully automated decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, law enforcement, migration, or other high-impact domains without legally required safeguards and meaningful human review.
• Do not present AI output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice without qualified review and required disclosures.

• Do not submit or generate content that is unlawful or that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other rights.
• Do not remove safeguards, provenance information, or notices in order to deceive others about the origin or nature of content.
• Do not use the Service to create deceptive impersonations or materially misleading synthetic media without appropriate disclosure.

Keep API keys confidential, apply reasonable rate and access controls, and ensure your applications and end users follow this policy. Do not resell, sublicense, pool, rotate, or share credentials to evade plan, quota, rate, account, or geographic restrictions. Do not interfere with the Service, scrape protected areas, or reverse engineer controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Service is not offered or available in Mainland China, which for this policy excludes Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Service from Mainland China is prohibited.

You must not conceal or alter your actual location or route access through a VPN, proxy, tunnel, relay, forwarding service, remote desktop, cloud or remote environment, location-spoofing tool, false identity or billing information, shared account, intermediary, or any comparable method to bypass this restriction. Helping another person bypass it is also prohibited.

We may investigate suspected violations and apply proportionate measures, including rejecting requests, limiting models or rate limits, requiring verification or remediation, preserving relevant records where lawful, suspending credentials, or terminating accounts. We may report apparent illegal conduct or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, recurrence, intent, actual or potential harm, and cooperation.
